How can I check whether my hosting account meets these requirements?
If your hosting provider responds to support requests in a timely manner, it is probably best to contact them directly. Alternatively, you can download our compatibility tool. To use the compatibility tool, simply upload the compat.php file to your server. You should then navigate to this file in your web browser.
My hosting account doesn’t meet the minimum requirements. What should I do?
If you are using a recent release of CubeCart, your hosting provider will support PHP ≥ 5.1.0 and the GD Image Library. If you hosting provider does not support IonCube encoded files, please contact them directly. The vast majority of hosting providers should be able to install the IonCube loaders for you.
