You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. LICENSES

Our website can grant you three possible types of license to use our web templates (and other products sold through our website) as follows:

Standard Licenses entitle you to install the purchased skin on a single CubeCart store / website, belonging to either yourself or your client. You are required to purchase the same template again if you wish to use the same design in connection with another domain name;

Rebranding Add-ons must be used in conjunction with a Standard license. A single rebranding add-on entitles you to remove any of ShopDev's designer credits or copyright notices from a Standard License for a single skin.

Free Trial Licenses entitle you to use the selected skin for a limited period of time on a single CubeCart store / website. Free trial licenses do not entitle you to technical support.

2. MODIFICATIONS

You are permitted to make necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes except where such modifications violate our terms and conditions or the terms of your license.

3. DISTRIBUTION

You are not permitted to resell any of our products to any entity without prior written consent from our company. However, you may transfer purchased licenses to your clients. For example, website developers may transfer ownership of purchased licenses to their clients.

4. REFUND POLICY

We offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the quality of our service, you should provide notice within 14 days from the time of purchase by email. If your notice is received within 14 days from the time of purchase, we will issue a full refund.

Since ShopDev is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we reserve the right to decline the issue of refunds after 14 days from the time of purchase, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site.

5. OWNERSHIP AND USAGE

You may not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of ShopDev. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

In no event shall ShopDev be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

6. IMAGERY, GRAPHICS and FONTS

The use of any imagery, graphics, fonts and digital art (modified or not modified) in connection with third party products is strictly prohibited. All of our products are copyright ShopDev and protected under United Kingdom and International Law. All rights reserved.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof.

8. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE

You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, order IDs, license keys, download links or login credentials.

9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ShopDev reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
