Hi.There and I just came across your site and think its fantastic!..I have been using joomla/virtuemart for a while now and i have decided to switch to CC due to its SEO friendly, and i must say it’s again fantastic so see your templates offering the same features and design similar. One thing i’m concerned about and not found on your site are 3 column templates on CC V4
Is this something you would be introducing soon? Maybe in the new template?

Hi Homar, I think that may prove be a good selling point particularly when you consider the multitude or diversity of potential client sites which may or may not look better if presented in a pacific format. Speaking for myself, I always prefer to present the products I supply in a row format, this is simply because this particular format seems to lend itself better to the products I sell. If I was selling electrical goods however I would use the grid format, simply because in my opinion the grid format seems to lend it’s self to presenting electrical goods.

Although this feature is regulated from the client side on the Neutrino skin It would be much better if it could be added as a option in the general settings with the options (display as)

1. Grid
2. Row
3. Customer Select

Thanks for your input.

We did not continue this option to the Sandbox skin simply because it was difficult to integrate (and makes modifying the skin more difficult). I will look into integrating this using another method.

Hi Homar, I am using the Catalyst v4 skin at the present simply because the products are viewed in rows instead of a grid formation. I have noticed however that you have a customer option on your Neutrino skin so that customers can view products in either grid or rows. I think that it would good move to add this feature to your new SuperNova skin also, as it is an great feature which seems to be missing from the Sandbox skin.

The mini-cart shown in this skin is displayed when an item is added to the cart (or the View Cart button is clicked).

When an item is added to the cart, the mini-cart is displayed for a few seconds before sliding up (out of visibility).

When the View Cart button is clicked, the mini-cart is displayed until the button is clicked once again.
