If you’re looking for a Help Desk that interfaces with CubeCart, look no further than ZenDesk. ZenDesk is a hosted Help Desk that you can easily customise to match the appearance of your store. Furthermore, it’s incredibly simple to use. Our own Help Desk is powered by ZenDesk. In fact, we like it so much that we’ve cooked up a Remote Authentication file for CubeCart V4.
This file allows ZenDesk to remotely authenticate customers through CubeCart V4. Simply modify the code in the file where appropriate. Then, all you need to do is upload the file to your store’s root directory and configure ZenDesk to use remote authentication.

How Does It Work?
All you need to do is link to the zendesk.php file from your store. The file then checks that the user is logged into CubeCart and redirects them to your ZenDesk Help Desk. ZenDesk reads the user’s name, email address etc. and creates a matching account.
If the user is not logged in, the script redirects them to your CubeCart store’s login page. After they login, they are immediately taken to your ZenDesk help desk. It’s completely seamless.
